What did you find most helpful or encouraging about being under Dr. Lo’s care? How did she help shape your experience with Ortho-K?
“I think Dr. Lo explained how the Ortho-K worked very clearly and she gave me comfort knowing that years from now, when my children are young adults, their myopia will be controlled and stable. That was key in moving forward in making that decision. Dr. Lo is very knowledgeable and respected in the field. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating and flexible, especially since I live far away.”

“I came in with concerns that were mainly related to them (my children) starting young and whether they can wear hard lenses and the possibility of the lenses breaking. But Dr. Lo was available to coach me, and helped me to be patient with him, and we overcame it together. Now he knows how to take off and put on the contact lenses. I didn’t have this issue with my two girls, because they started when they were older.”
